Welcome to the Kenz Fix application. By using our app or any of our services, you fully agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read this agreement carefully before using the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please refrain from using the app.

2. Services Provided by Kenz Fix

The application offers the following services:

Sale of original and guaranteed mobile spare parts.
Professional repair services for smartphones.
Ability to communicate with the technical support team.
Order tracking, invoice viewing, and downloading.

We may update or modify the services without prior notice.

3. Accounts and Responsibility

When creating an account within the app, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate and correct information.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Not sharing your account with any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that is misused or violates the terms.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed in the app are subject to change at any time without notice.
Prices may vary depending on product availability or updates.
In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Spare Parts & Maintenance Policy

Available spare parts are original or high-quality as described in the product details.
Maintenance duration and warranty vary based on device type and service provided.
Any damage resulting from misuse of the device is not covered by the warranty.

6. Order Delivery

Orders are prepared and delivered within the time indicated in the app.
Delivery time may change due to external factors such as traffic or product availability.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

Certain products may be returned or exchanged if unused and unopened, according to store policy.
Technical services (repairs) are non-refundable once completed.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the item will be inspected to determine the appropriate solution.

8. Prohibited Use

Using the app for any of the following is strictly prohibited:

Any activity that violates Jordanian law.
Attempts to hack, disrupt, or misuse the app.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the app—including images, text, logos, and designs—is the property of Kenz Fix and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data and will not share it with any third party unless required by law.

شروط وأحكام الاستخدام – Kenz Fix

مرحبًا بك في تطبيق Kenz Fix. باستخدامك للتطبيق أو لخدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام الكامل بالشروط والأحكام الموضحة أدناه. يرجى قراءة هذه الاتفاقية بعناية قبل استخدام التطبيق.

1. القبول بالشروط

باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء منها، يُرجى الامتناع عن استخدام التطبيق.

2. الخدمات التي يقدمها Kenz Fix

يوفر التطبيق الخدمات التالية:

بيع قطع غيار أصلية ومضمونة للأجهزة الخلوية.
خدمات صيانة للهواتف الذكية.
إمكانية التواصل مع فريق الدعم الفني.
متابعة الطلبات واستلام الفاتورة وتحميلها.

قد نقوم بتحديث أو تعديل الخدمات دون إشعار مسبق.

3. الحسابات والمسؤولية

عند إنشاء حساب داخل التطبيق، فإنك تتحمل مسؤولية:

تقديم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة.
الحفاظ على سرية تسجيل الدخول.
عدم مشاركة حسابك مع أي جهة أخرى.

يحق لنا تعليق أو حذف أي حساب يتم استخدامه بشكل مخالف.

4. الأسعار والدفع

جميع الأسعار المعروضة داخل التطبيق قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت دون إشعار.
قد تختلف أسعار قطع الغيار والخدمات بناءً على التحديثات أو توفر المنتجات.
في حال وجود خطأ واضح في السعر، يحق لنا إلغاء الطلب.

5. سياسة الصيانة وقطع الغيار

قطع الغيار المتوفرة أصلية أو عالية الجودة حسب وصف المنتج.
مدة الصيانة والضمان تختلف بناءً على نوع الجهاز والخدمة المقدمة.
أي ضرر ناتج عن سوء استخدام الجهاز لا يشمله الضمان.

6. تسليم الطلبات

يتم تجهيز وتسليم الطلبات وفق المدة الموضحة داخل التطبيق.
قد تتغير مدة التوصيل بسبب عوامل خارجية مثل حركة السير أو توفر المنتج.

7. سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

يمكن استبدال أو إرجاع بعض المنتجات بشرط عدم استخدامها أو فتحها، حسب سياسة المتجر.
الخدمات الفنية (الصيانة) لا تخضع للإرجاع بعد تنفيذها.
في حال وجود خلل مصنعي، يتم فحص القطعة وتحديد الحل المناسب.

8. الاستخدام الممنوع

يُمنع استخدام التطبيق في:

أي نشاط مخالف للقوانين الأردنية.
محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل التطبيق.
تقديم معلومات أو بيانات مضللة.

9. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات داخل التطبيق مثل:

الصور، النصوص، الشعارات، التصميمات — هي ملك لـ Kenz Fix ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن مكتوب.

10. الخصوصية

نلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية وعدم مشاركتها مع أي طرف ثالث إلا إذا تطلب القانون ذلك.

(يمكن إضافة سياسة خصوصية منفصلة عند الطلب.)

11. التعديلات على الشروط

يحتفظ Kenz Fix بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يُعد موافقة على التحديثات.
